Sept. 21: Fly IAD - SLC; Stop at the Lava Fields pullout and Idaho Falls on the way to West Yellowstone (technically in MT) (AirBnB cabin)

Sept. 22: Yellowstone: Upper Basin (Old Faithful) (gray, cloudy morning) and Middle and Upper Basins: Biscuit Basin, Fairy Falls, and Fountain Paint Pots (we've also seen the Grand Prismatic Spring from above on that day) (AirBnB cabin)

Sept. 23: Yelloswtone: Yellowstone Canyon and Seven Mile Gap Trail hike (AirBnB cabin)

Sept. 24: Yellowstone: Bunsen Peak and Mammoth Springs (AirBnB cabin)

Sept. 25: Yelowstone: Artist Paintpots, Mud Volcano and Yellowstone Lake; Grand Prismatic Spring (AirBnB cabin)

Sept. 26: Yellowstone: A last drive through the park; Grand Teton NP: Jenny Lake and Cascade Canyon (Teton Village: hostel)

Sept. 27: Grand Teton NP: Death Canyon (Lava Springs, ID: motel)

Sept. 28: Dead Horse Point State Park (Caping therein)

Sept. 29: Arches NP: Park Avenue, Delicate Arch and Tapestry Arch (we saw the Delicate Arch the next day); Arches NP: Windows (Arches NP: camping)

Sept. 30: Arches NP: Fiery Furnace (Arches NP: camping)

Oct. 1: Arches NP: Devil's Garden (Goblin Valley: camping)

Oct. 2: Goblin Valley State Park; San Rafael Swell: Little Wild Horse Canyon (Goblin Valley: camping)

Oct. 3: San Rafael Swell: Black Dragon (mostly from above) (Wellington UT: motel)

Oct. 4: Nine Mile Canyon (Vernal UT: motel)

Oct. 5: State Museum in Vernal and Dinosaur National Monument; Salt Lake: Sunset (Salt Lake City: hotel)

Oct. 6: Salt Lake City: Temple Square; salt fields (West Wendover: motel)

Oct. 7: And more salt fields; fly SLC - IAD
